The Evoshield Canes baseball program is divided regionally to cover areas of MD, VA, PA, and most of the Mid-Atlantic Area. Under the Southern division of the program the Evoshield Canes South brings together players from NC and SC to play under the Canes banner.
Traditionally a very strong group of players gather under the South brand and the result has been multiple commitments of it’s players to top 25 schools in the nation. But before they lock up their college decisions (although some already have) these players take the field as 16u players looking to bring back a 3rd 16u National Championship in 4 years to the Evoshield Canes brand.

Team Outlook:
This team will be able to swing it and swing it well up and down the line up. There is a good mix of speed and power which will allow us to score runs in many different ways. As far as pitching, we are very talented, these guys are capable of keeping us in games and as they reach their full potential, they will have the ability to dominate games. Having worked with Coach Ken Daniels before I know I have an outstanding assistant who knows the game as well as anyone and is well respected by the players. My goal for this team is for it as a whole to reach it’s full potential, if that happens the wins will take care of themselves.
