A trio of Evoshield Canes 17u pitchers held Flood City Elite National to 1 run.

Canaan Cropper (Bennett, MD, 2013) was 88-91 while KJ trader was 88-91 for the second straight weekend. Both are uncommitted.

EvoCanes 17u trotted out more standout arms this time with committed Connor Jones (UVA) and Aaron McGarrity (VT) both sitting 89-91. Jones has impressive sink on his fastball while McGarrity boasts a low 80′s slider.

MIF and SC commit Jordan Gore continues to feast on opposing pitchers as he six hits on the day including a triple and a double.

EvoCanes 15u grinded out a 7-2 victory over OD Hitters 17/16 this morning at Buck Bowman Park.

2015 RHP JB Bukauskas was 86-88 touching 89 with a hard 77-78 mph slider. Bukauskas was nearly unhittable through 4 innings of work striking out 10.

INF Justin Meekins (Stephan Decatur, MD) paced the offense with 2 hits while OF Danny Blair (Gilman, MD) and 3B/RHP Chandler Redmond (Georgetown Prep, MD) had a hit each and 2 rbi’s

RBA South 2015 INF Ryan Butts is a good looking young infield prospect who can really glove it and barreled two balls in the 2 AB’s we saw.

EvoCanes Delmarva rolled out another quality 2015 RHP in the form of Grant Donaghue (Stephen Decatuar, MD) Donaghue is a strongly built eighty with an 83-86 mph fastball with late life.

Mid -Atlantic Pirates Black strolled out a 2014 RHP sitting in the high 80′s with a plus slider. Last name Hill I believe. Checking back on that info.

Derek Casey (2014, RHP, Hanover) was 86-88 with a plus breaking ball through 3 innings today for the VA Cardinals in a 10-3 win over EvoCanes North 16u.

Game was tight through 4 with 2014 LHP Tucker McKoy matching Casey with a low 80′s fastball and put-a-way change-up that kept hitters of balance.

Cardinals broke out in the 5th behind a couple of big hits including a booming triple from Brad McKay (2014, Cosby)

Harry Lee Watson is a high level Left handed hitting 2014 outfield prospect from James River HS in Midlothian, VA. Watson crushed a triple in the gap today in the 830 game at JMU and barreled everything hard.
