Chancellor Holds on to Beat Massaponax

Our first coverage game of the year was a local one in match up between Massaponax and Chancellor. It was an extremely cold and windy day at Massaponax. The main attraction of the game for me was 2019 RHP Matt Zuna of Chancellor. Zuna attended one of our offseason P/C ID Showcases where he impressed our staff. Zuna got support right away after his team jumped on Massaponax 5-0 in the 1st. The game looked like it was going to get out of hand in the 2nd after Will Temple went oppo 3 run blast for Chancellor. Massaponax made a push in the 4th after a few singles to cut the lead to 9-5. In the 6th Massaponax threatened with bases loaded and 2 outs but Zuna got a big strike of Massaponax Freshman catcher Aaron Leinenbach. The game ended in favor of Chancellor 11-6 giving Zuna the win for Chancellor. Below is my scouts take on a few prospect who stood out.
