Tournaments are three, four or five game events (listed on tournament schedule page of website), weather permitting.
No refunds will be issued after payment has been received, credits only.
In the event that a tournament is canceled prior to it's start, a full credit will be applied to a future Dynamic Baseball event and must be used within 365 days of the start date of the canceled event.
Teams can drop from an event up until three weeks prior to the tournament start date of an event without penalty. A full credit of the amount paid will be applied to a future event that is within 365 days.
Teams dropping from an event within three weeks of the tournament start date and prior to the release of the schedule will receive a credit to a future event, but a $250 registration fee will be deducted from the credit. Credits must be used within 365 days.
Teams withdrawing from an event once the schedule has been released are not eligible to receive a credit.
Teams not local to events must book their hotel through GroupHousing.net to be accepted into the tournament.
14U – 2023 graduate or younger, or born on or after May 1, 2004
15U – 2022 graduate or younger, or born on or after May 1, 2003
16U – 2021 graduate or younger, or born on or after May 1, 2002
17U – 2020 graduate or younger, or born on or after May 1, 2001
18U – 2019 graduate or younger.
Gate fees will be posted on the individual tournament pages as fees vary depending on the tournament format and location. Children 12 and under get in free. Harassment of our gate staff will not be tolerated. In the event an individual(s) enter the gate without, paying games will be stopped until the individual(s) pay or leave the facility.
Team rosters must be submitted three weeks prior to event Roster Submission.
If one complete game is played (4.5 or 5 innings) teams are not eligible to receive a credit.
If less than one full game is played, teams will receive a half credit to a future event to be used within 365 of the tournament start date.
