Tournaments are three or four game events (list on tournament schedule page of website), weather permitting.
In the event that a tournament is canceled prior to the start, a full credit will be applied to a future Dynamic Baseball event and must be used within 365 days of the start of the previously canceled event. Refunds can be issued upon request. A registration fee of $250 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Teams can drop from an event up until two weeks prior to the start date of an event without penalty if requesting a credit. A full credit of the amount paid can be applied to a future event that is within 365 days. Should a team request a refund there will a $250 registration fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Teams dropping from an event within two weeks of the tournament start date and prior to the release of the schedule can receive a credit to a future event but a $250 registration fee will be deducted from the credit. Teams are not eligible for a refund.
Teams withdrawing from an event once the schedule has been released are not eligible to receive a credit or refund.
